This Print features the playful Weasel (genus mustela) which is part of the mammal family called the Mustelidae, which includes other mammals such as stoats, ferrets, polecats, mink, also badgers & otters. The Weasel is the smallest in the Mustelidae family and also the smallest carnivore in Britain.

The artist has captured the weasel as he looks on and sniffs the air for a potential meal. He stands proud amongst the fallen Autumn branches which have beautiful lichen and moss growing. Autumn leaves can be seen on the ground, the for & background has been blurred which gives great emphasis on the Weasel.
