Gentle Shore Oystercatcher by Jeremy Paul. This beautiful Limited Edition art print features an Oystercatcher wading by the shallow edge of the seashore.

Oystercatchers are a wading seabird although they do venture in land, i was lucky enough to see the same pair every evening in our surrounding field in late winter and we are some 40 miles from the Coast. They are striking birds with a distinctive call, feeding more on Mussels rather than Oysters as the name suggests.
